Every loaf is mixed, shaped, and scored by hand in my home kitchen here in Santa Clarita — good bread made with time, care & kindness.

Baking sourdough began as a way to slow down and feed the people I love. Now I get to share it with you, one fresh loaf at a time.

Every loaf at Kind House is made the slow way: a long, natural fermentation that builds real flavor and a crackly, golden crust. No commercial yeast. No additives. No shortcuts. Just simple ingredients, given the time they deserve — then baked fresh the same morning it lands in your hands.

Order by Wednesday, pick up Saturday

A simple weekly rhythm so your bread is always fresh, never sitting on a shelf.

Choose your loaves, boules, mini boules or pizza dough and add them to your basket.

Reserve by Wednesday

Send your order to lock it in. We bake to order, so nothing goes to waste.

Pick up Saturday

Collect your bread fresh out of the oven — still warm, crust crackling.
